We can only prescribe medication for this quarter as an “e-prescription” once your insurance card has been read.
The pharmacy staff will retrieve the e-prescription by inserting your card and hand over the corresponding medication. This will save us time and paper in the future.
A quarter begins on January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1. Please present your insurance card again in our practice at this time. We cannot issue an e-prescription without reading your insurance card.
Please remember that we digitally sign e-prescriptions. We do this during the lunch break and in the late afternoon after the consultation hours. Only then can the e-prescription be redeemed in the pharmacy.
If your medication is not available in the pharmacy, you were faster than us, because we need time for careful work. So just try again later or, preferably, the next day.
